Support, security and infrastructure
We provide maintenance, security and hosting, so the product stays stable after launch.
ABOUT THE SERVICE
Technical continuity after launch.
A digital product needs monitoring, updates and preventive work in order to stay stable. We provide maintenance for websites and applications, infrastructure administration, backups and technical support.
We audit the security, the performance and the configuration of the services in use, then fix the vulnerabilities and the points that slow the product down. We can administer hosting, servers, professional email and Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 environments.
For compliance, we review the GDPR implementation, cookie consent and the active trackers, with clear recommendations and technical corrections wherever they are needed.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can you maintain a website built by another team?
Yes, following a technical assessment of the application, infrastructure and available access. This identifies risks and necessary interventions before a maintenance plan is agreed.
How does maintenance differ from developing new features?
Maintenance focuses on the operation and compatibility of the existing system: updates, checks and fixes within the agreed scope. New features or process changes are estimated separately to keep the workload clear.
Is a backup enough to recover a website?
A backup is useful only if it can be restored. The plan should specify what is backed up, frequency, retention and recovery testing, including the acceptable amount of data loss.
What happens if the website becomes slow or unavailable?
We start by identifying the cause in the application, database, server or external services. Contact channels, support hours and response times should be agreed in the support plan; round-the-clock coverage is not assumed.
Do I need to change hosting to improve performance?
Not necessarily. We first examine resource usage, queries, caching and files delivered to the page. If infrastructure is the actual bottleneck, we plan the migration and checks, including domain and email considerations.
