Nikba Design System

Nikba Design System is our open-source foundation for building neutral, accessible digital interfaces — the same system that powers nikba.com and our client work. Content comes first, with the Onest typeface and glassmorphism used only where it helps: navigation, controls and focused feedback.

What's inside

• Three themes — Frost, Mist and Graphite — with glass intensity levels (Off, Soft, Clear)

• Design tokens for color, typography, layout and spacing, exposed as CSS variables

• 30+ accessible components: buttons, inputs, selects, checkboxes, radios, switches, dialogs, toasts, tables, navigation, badges, avatars, spinners and disclosure patterns

• Onest typography (the font is loaded separately by the app)

Tech & distribution

Built with Vite and distributed as the npm package @nikba/design-system, running on Node.js 20+. The framework-agnostic core ships with integration examples for Blade, Livewire and Filament.

Currently at version 0.1.0-alpha.2 and in active development — the public API may change before 1.0.0. Open source and available on GitHub.
